Big news!
After much discussion and negotiation, we’re excited to announce a new location for the permanent home of The Hive at 231 Main Street. We are thrilled to be part of the restoration and revitalization of a significant downtown landmark and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with building owner Rachael Katz.
The Hive makerspace will occupy the entire second floor of 231 Main, while The Greenfield Gallery and Studio Seven continue to operate on the first floor. Significant renovations are planned for the new space, including accessibility, electrical, and energy efficiency upgrades.
We are grateful to Tim Grader and Cohn and Company for the opportunity to help us get started at 156 Main Street, and we look forward to an exciting future in our new building, which will be renamed the Greenfield Center for Arts and Industry.
